These pictures speak for themselves and i’m going to let them! Back in November (Yes, I am a little delayed) I travelled through a little town called Poowong, with some great travel buddies, to visit Tamsin’s Table for the day. We joined in on what was the first, and not the last, Field and Flourish, co-hosted by the delightful Melanie from Cecilia Fox. The day was filled with an overload of stunning roses, amazing floral themed food and the best company anyone could ever ask for!

Tamsin’s Table is hosting Petals to Popsicles, a class where you’ll forage for flowers and fruits to make your own handcrafted popsicles, which if you are in Australia at the moment, you need several popsicles a day to combat the heat. For more about this class, click here.

If you want to find out more about Tamsin, how you can visit her amazing hilltop farmhouse, or just want to say hello, click here.

PS. I would suggest signing up to her newsletters, they are always a very good read!
